I help architects own their careers through personal branding.

In 2014, after being forgotten for a raise, I wanted to find a way to never be forgotten again. That’s when I came across personal branding.

I started sharing my career journey online and eventually found my dream job at Gensler. While climbing the corporate ladder, I was getting burned out constantly working 60-80 hours a week. So I made a career switch from architecture to tech as a Marketing Manager.

Since then, I’ve built a personal brand that gives me a voice and confidence while coaching other architects to do the same.

My personal brand has propelled me to:

  • Found the Women Architects Collective, a community of 5,000+ architects supporting each other.

Now, I use branding and marketing psychology to help architects create a career they love.
