Our products are custom and print-on-demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only when you place an order.
This helps reduce waste to ensure every piece of product we make is going to a customer.
But this also means that we’re not Amazon. It’ll take time for your products to get produced and shipped. We also cannot return, edit or cancel your order once it has gone into production.

where do you ship?
We currently only ship to the United States. We’re working hard to expand shipping and hope to bring the WomenAF store to more countries in 2022.
When will I get my order?
Your order will ship within 10 business days. Shipping timelines will vary based on location, but you can expect your order to arrive 2-10 days after shipment.
How does your apparel fit?
Our sizings are listed under the description of each apparel. Please double-check to order the right size as we cannot edit your order once it’s placed.
Can I edit my order once it’s placed?
You are unable to edit your order once placed, so make sure you order the right size and color before placing the order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel it before it went into production, please contact Joann at joann@joannlui.com. If the product has gone into production, we cannot cancel your order. Cancellations are not guaranteed, but we’ll try our best to help.
Can I return the product if I don’t like it?
As print-on-demand, we currently do not accept returns and are unable to edit your order once placed. In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of delivery.
